We will communicate with your current processor and work to negotiate an optimal pricing plan on your behalf. As we do so, we will keep you informed on the ongoing progress. You can choose to be actively or minimally involved throughout this process - whatever works for you!
Once we receive a satisfactory offer from your processor, we provide it for your review and answer any questions you may have. When you are ready to advance, we work with your provider to get the changes applied.

Once we bring your rates and fees to the lowest possible point, we can help you keep an eye on them. It is typical for credit card processors to enact pricing changes multiple times throughout the year - often disguised in your statement. They tend to provide you with minimal notification, in hopes that you will not notice the change.
